 firmware-google-tegu: add speaker audio blobs 
ti_sp_tuning.bin + pp_0210_{a,b}.bin (AoC SmartAmp protection + PostProcessor
compensation, loaded by spk-protect) and L/R-tas2572RCA1.bin (per-die TAS2572
register config, loaded by the tas2781 driver). Installed flat to
/lib/firmware. Generation/capture tooling lives in the tegu-audio repo.
